Now for a tour of the company's stores, products, theories and headquarters, the epicenter of the epicurean economy. Starbucks' headquarters is in the SoDo commercial zone of Seattle. A couple dozen journalists from around the world were invited to participate in an "immersion" program to see the insides of this coffee giant. Happens all the time.
