Marijuana and its impromptu holiday today — April 20 or 4/20 at 4:20 pm — is pretty much passé in Seattle and the NW, but just across the border in Canada's largest West Coast city, Vancouver, the politics of marijuana are reaching a fever pitch ... or a very smokey pitch anyway.
