An attorney for the International Longshore and Warehouse Union, last week wrote the Seattle City Council, saying an environmental report omitted another report’s finding that KeyArena could be renovated for the NBA and NHL. An important decision on whether to proceed with a vote to vacate Occidental Avenue South is expected Tuesday.
